Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Items Eligible for Return:
- Furniture in original packaging
- Unopened decor items
- Lighting fixtures in original condition
- Rugs with tags attached
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom or personalized items
- Clearance or final sale items
- Items without original packaging
- Mattresses and bedding (for hygiene reasons)
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us - Email returns@homeandheaven.com with your order number and reason for return
- Get Authorization - We'll provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping label
- Pack Securely - Pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation
- Ship It Back - Attach the return label and drop off at your nearest carrier location
- Receive Refund - Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the item you'd like instead. This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@homeandheaven.com with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is free for damaged or defective items. For standard returns, a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
